My birthday 09

I had a really surprising birthday~

On the 23rd, JoJo told me that we gonna spend my birthday & christmas at Nanga Damai~

It's the 1st time we go to this home-stay resort~

Justin & Zoe, who are from U.K, are temporarily in charge of the resort until January~

They are such a sweet, friendly & funny couple~

We arrived Nanga damai around 2pm on the 24th~

I was surprise once i step in our room..

This is requested by JoJo actually ♥ & they did it for us without any extra charges!

My birthday dinner started at around 7pm.

The dinner really surprise me once again.

JoJo told me they prepared the dinner just for us & it's really really cheap!

I can't really describe the location & the environment of the dinner..

All i can said is it's really really special & nice!

The decoration- It's a candle-light dinner~

They decorated the place with ♥~

JoJo told them i scared of mosquitoes, so they prepared this for us~

LoL~

But surprisingly, no mosquito at all & it's cold and windy all night~

It's the 1st time i think that the nature is better than the air-condition room!

Now let me show you the dishes we had~

The appetizer~

It's baby tomatoes filled with cheeses!!!

The main dishes~

The 1st 1 is don't know what beef spaghetti~

The 2nd 1 is seafood spaghetti with 5 big prawns & full of squids!!

The portion is really really big & nice!!

After 30mins, Justin & Zoe came in with the dessert~

And they sang birthday song for me ♥

Kim bay

I love liu shar bao very much..

So i would like to try liu shar bao at different places.

The 3rd try is at Kim bay, The Spring.

The restaurant

The bao - RM3.80

Rate: 7/10 - Too sweet and too 'watery'.

Our drink - Mint milk shake

Costs us RM 6.90.

Not worth it actually..

As a conclusion, i think that it's too expensive to eat there.

Holiday - 3

Another damai trip with friends days ago..

Actually 6 of us plan to go together but too bad ah pei unable to join us in the end..

We check in around 2pm and this is our room~

It's not a sunny day~

Cloudy~

But still can enjoy ourselves~

Didn't take much pictures during the evening because i'm lazy to carry my k550i here and there.

We choose to play on the beach in the evening~

Special experience for me cause i always choose to play in the pool~

Night time activity is staying in the room, playing Uno card game.. haha..

Then it's the end of day 1..

The next morning after the breakfast session, we went to the beach~

It was a sunny day~

While the couple is still sleeping, 3 of us come to the beach to cam-whore ~

Holiday - 2 part 3

Day 3

Had breakfast with Janice and family at Mega hotel.

The Dim sums!

Rate: 9/10- nice nice nice!

After breakfast, we walked around Miri and shopping at The Imperial Mall and Boulevard.

Had our tea-break at Ice cafe~

Go to Canada Hill which highly recommended by ah Jui on the evening...

We didn't go at night (ah Jui said night time that place damn nice~) because Janice said it's not safe and it's really dark till you can do WHATEVER u wanted.. I guess this is why ah Jui like this place very much at night~ xD

They said must take picture with them so i took 1~ xD

The last station is Marina Bay~

It's really comfortable there~~~

Day 2 - continued..

After the hotel visiting,it's time to have lunch~

Sushi as lunch~

Excapade sushi~

Very Japan style~

We ordered a lot of sushi...

1 of them..

Rate:8/10 - Actually i don't like sushi but this 1 not bad. xD

After the lunch i have met with my god daddy and mummy.

Then walk around at The Mall.

Playing basketball game with god sister~

Ice-cream time~

This ice cream stall caught my attention when i walk by..

A special kind of ice-cream~

$ 2.80 per cup!

Expensive but worth a try~

Rate: 9/10.

Then it's dinner time, we met up with Janice and friends again.

Had our dinner at I LOTUS which booked by Janice's friend - Ame~

Holiday - 2 part 1

Go to Miri for 3 days 2 nights last Friday~

What a short trip but still a wonerful trip~

Day 1

Took evening flight on friday to Miri.

Reach there at around 8pm, we saw Janice waiting for us once we step out the arriving hall.

She brought us to Bintang plaza to watch movie.

The reason is to let us see how 'nice' the only cineplex in Miri is.

Unbelievable! They still using this kind of TV to put movie's trailer~!

We watched Ninja Assassin, watch till i almost fall asleep.

The cineplex is really suck!

Lousy sound effect and small screen... =.=

Rate: 1/10 - >"< *************************************************************************************

Day 2

Had porridge as our breakfast.

Not bad~

Rate: 8/10 - waited too long.. around 30-40 mins?

After breakfast then it's time to go Brunei~~

It's a 2 hours journey..@_@

1st stop at Empire hotel~

6 stars hotel!

Suitable to take wedding pictures here!

The sea view is nice and there are pools for swimming and kayak-ing.

can you see the dolphins on the grass??

The next station is Lunch!
