期望、期待、希望

我有很多期望、期待、希望，有些小小的，有些大大的.... 但是我常给自己负面思想，不要有希望因为怕失望... 但偶尔还是会不小心有了希望、期望...大大的希望换来大大的失望...是我期望的太多?还是......?

所以我常常很negative....只因为怕痛,怕失望........
