B'day 2013

Hello everyone, how's your Christmas celebration? I celebrated my Christmas by just stayed at home watch Running man. Hahahz~

This year, to celebrate Christmas, i baked my own "gingerbread man" cookies.

Baked these cookies on the 23rd Dec. Not so successful because some of the cookies overcooked. =(

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On the 24th morning, went shopping with mum, sis and b. Mum and god mama let me choose my own present. And this is what i choose.
Pair of shirt and pair of heels for Chinese New Year~
And god mama made a really tasty birthday cheese cake for me~
Weeeeeeeeeeee~ *happy* Thank you mum and god mama~ appreciate~
That night, b brought me to BCCK for Christmas eve + birthday dinner.
Raintree Restaurant Kuching
Christmas eve buffet dinner is not cheap~
He also secretly ordered a special "birthday cake" for me that night since i told him i don't want any birthday cake. When the waitresses send the "cake" over, they sing birthday song and i'm so so surprise + so embarrassed cause you just don't know what to do while everyone is watching you. LoL~
   My creme brulee cake~
And i met Santa clause that night~ LoL~
As i said, the dinner is very expensive. It's around RM250 for both of us. ~.~ However, worth a try~
Next, i dropped by Havana just to say Hi with Angel~
They have masquerade party.
A lot of youngsters out there that night and i found out that i'm so old already. I can't bear with this "smoked" and "Loud club song" environment all night long already.
On the other hand, we prefer to chill and drink at place like Deja vu (located at lobby Pullman hotel, with live band). So, that's our next stop to countdown to Christmas Day.
Meet up with Shirley,Elvin, Lina and Ah Wei~
I ordered this pinkish drink called Shirley Temple Susu
And i like it very very much! *Two thumbs up*
After chilling a while, then my b remembered that i haven't blow any candle that day. So he requested a candle from the waitress.
They don't have candle, so replaced with this~lol~
hana (1)~
dul (2)~
set (3)~
Done~~ and i'm officially 2*~ Age is always a secret. HAHAHA!
So that's my birthday celebration this year.
Present i received~
Upper left pic - from my niece Joey and Joan
Upper right pic - from my sis
Last pic- the dress is from Susu and projector from
*Thank you all for the presents*
My b bought the projector as present because months ago i wanted to buy a projector for my teaching but in the end i give up cause it's too expensive. I really surprise when i unwrap the present and found out it's a projector. Love the present max!
# Wanna say thank you, my b, for accompanying me, my mum and sis the whole morning till evening to shop and the expensive dinner and gift and everything.
Bye Taiwan
Last day in Taiwan
Last day in Taiwan we decide to try out their 7-11 bento~
Very nice bento with cheap price~
We went back to Taipei 101 area because he wanted to go to Taiwan Stock Exchange Centre.
Stolen picture from Facebook. LoLx.
After the short visit, we went to Eslite once again because didn't have enough time to be here the other day. This time i found a D.I.Y floor with a lot of D.I.Y stalls. I'm so excited cause i like D.I.Y~
Finally, i choose to make this..
Just choose the picture you wanted and design it with those colourful beans (something like beans. Hahahz..).
Put those "beans" together on a board to make something you like.. and i choose to make a dolphin~
The girl helps to iron my dolphin so that the "beans" melt and stick together~
And there, my dolphin keychain is done~ Spent almost 1 hour~
And for lunch, we ate 7-11 bento again~ hahahz..
Different bento from breakfast but still very nice~
When you bought bento, they will give you this...
What is this??
I don't what is this and how to use it until i saw a aunty used it to carry her bento..
Something like this..... Stupid me.. lolx~
We rest in room until 4pm then heading to Tamsui intend to see the beautiful sunset view. Unfortunately, the sky is so dark as if it's already 7pm when we reach there. =(
Tamsui evening view~
After walk around Tamsui, we had our dinner at Shilin night market again~
Tried different foods~ This time better than the 1st visit~
And that's the end of our Taiwan trip~
Took 6.50am car to Taoyuan airport the next morning.
It's full of people, luckily we come to the airport earlier~ *Still got time to take picture with those special Hello Kitty decoration*
Bye bye Taiwan~ We will be back!
Hello Taiwan @ 5~
Day 5
We overnight at Qingjing Farm. So view outside our room as an intro pic to this post. =)
After breakfast , we depart to Hehuanshan (合欢山). After 40+ minutes, we reach this place where the wall of mountain is full of ice.
The driver said the ice has melt because the temperature rise a little bit past few days.
The temperature up there is around°C .  We are so so cold that can only snap a few pictures and run back to the car. We actually hope to see snow but unfortunately, no snow that few days. =(
After that it's a long journey again. Around 1.5 hours to Sun Moon Lake (日月潭). I'm very excited to go this place because people always said the scenery is very very beautiful.
However... i didn't see the beauty scenery as everyone said. Maybe because the weather not good? or because it's winter in Taiwan? All i see is mist.... blur blur blur...
Our driver brought us to the temple around there.
 文武庙
At the temple, we saw Singapore actor and actress~
 陈之财
 向云
We are so lucky to see them with their son and daughter, but, didn't take any photo with them. Just feel like we shouldn't disturb them since they are on their family trip. Oh well~ =(
Climb the 366 staircase with birth date and the personage that born on that particular date.
Had our lunch at an old shop. It's intro by the driver and the food is really tasty with cheap price.
The shop's name is Hei Rou Mian (黑肉面).
Heading back to Taipei after lunch~ Reached Taipei around 4+pm that day and we walk around Taipei Di Xia Jie only that evening.
Our dinner that night at some random pick shop.
Sleep quite early that night to save our energy for our last day in Taipei~
Hello Taiwan @ 4~
Day 4
Wake up early in the morning, prepare to go Sea of flower in Xinshe and Qingjing Farm at Nan Tou.
Before depart, our driver drop us at an old shop to eat breakfast.
Very nice food with cheap price. Totally worth it!
After breakfast, we sit in the car around 3 hours from Taipei to Xinshe.
It was really hot in Xinshe compared to Taipei, but i think worth it. Although the journey is tiring but at least we see something that we can't see in hometown.
 For example, the sea of different type of flowers~
Colourful~
Drowning in the sea of flowers~
We only spent around 1 hour walking here and there because the weather is too hot. =(
Around 11+ am, we depart from Xinshe to Qingjing Farm (青青草原) and reached around 1+pm. We decide to have our lunch first before going to see sheep.
We actually choose to go to the famous Lu Mama Restaurant at Qingjing, but it was full of people and need to wait 1.5 hour to be served.
So our driver brought us to this restaurant to try the Yun Nan Food.
Very nice food and worth a try i would say.
We depart direct to Qing qing cao yuan for the 2.30pm Sheep performance (绵羊秀) and 3.45pm horse performance (马术秀) after lunch.
Weird weather with bright hot sun plus cold strong wind.
There's nothing much to see on both the show. I personally prefer the beautiful scenery up the hill.
We check in at Yun Hai resort around 4.30pm.
Not so beautiful design but at least "quite" clean.
The room comes with breakfast, high tea, dinner and 2 qing jing xiao rui shi hua yuan (小瑞士花园)'s tickets.
After rest, we had our dinner around 6+pm.
It's good to have steamboat in such cold cold weather.
We really didn't expect the weather to be this cold. It's around 10 degree.
There's "smoke" coming out from your mouth when you talk.
Without wasting time, we direct depart to Xiao rui shi hua yuan after dinner. Once again, there's not much to see inside. Just take some pictures.
Love the Christmas decorations~
Didn't spent much time in the garden cause it's too cold. After that we visited the Carton King and i bought something for myself.(Gonna share with you guys next time =))
Our driver is kind enough to bring us around Qingjing area to take picture at that night.
Hello from old England. LoLx~ Yeah, old England in Taiwan~
And it's the end of our day 4 in Taiwan~
Hello Taiwan @ 3~
Day 3
I feel dizzy whole day because of hang over i guess.
But still, need to continue our journey!
Today station is Taipei 101~
We walk around that area and found out that the Taipei World Trade Center is actually around there. My dear is very excited / happy, well, he likes trading stocks alot. =)
Unfortunately, it's Saturday. So the center is closed.
But, we are very lucky, cause there is an exhibition, something like PC fair (a fair that selling electronic gadgets).
Grand~
He finally bought a HTC smart phone there. =D
After that, we finally go inside the 101 building. Didn't know that the 101 tower is 10 years old already until i saw the decoration and meet the bears.
And there, we had our late lunch around 2pm. But still, the food court is FULL of people. We spent around 15 minutes just to find a seat.
After lunch, it's time for us to take the world's fastest elevator from level 5 to level 89 within 30+ seconds. But before that, we queue up for around 30 minutes i think.
 View from the 89 floors of Taipei 101
89 floors is still not the top floor actually.
You can walk to 91 floors. It is the highest floor that is open to the public.
Taipei 101 really full of people, even if you wanna come down, u still have to queue, just to take the elevator.
We meet up Kate again after that for dinner. She brought us to this special cafe which located inside a mall. (I forget which mall......)
Melange Cafe
The food is quite nice and look so pretty, but it's expensive...
After the dinner, we been to the Eslite (诚品书店).
But we just walk around like 30 minutes because it's late already.
And that's the end of our day 3 in Taipei. =)
